Key Responsibilities Support pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 
Deliver targeted interventions in literacy and numeracy 
Work with small groups and individual pupils to raise attainment 
Support children with SEND and additional learning needs 
Assist teachers with lesson preparation, classroom management and pupil assessments 
Contribute positively to the wider school community
