  • Becoming part of the Transaction team, LDS gives you hands-on exposure to diverse assignments, expanding your experience and shaping you into a highly skilled knowledgeable transaction advisor.
  • You will advise and guide clients in different types of M&A projects focussing on financial due diligence (buy- and sell-side), valuations, for both private equity firms and corporate organizations.
  • You manage the end-to-end project delivery in close collaboration with the client.
  • You perform and review financial analyses to identify and assess key deal drivers, value considerations, opportunities and risks.
  • You synthesize complex financial data into clear, actionable reports and insights.
  • By collaborating with other LDS teams (tax, transformation, strategy) you offer complete and integrated solutions to the client.
