  Lifecycle Management:  Responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle management of diffusion module relevant equipment, including technical assessment/selection, introduction, phase-in, hook-up, tuning, and maintenance.
  Capability Building & Team Management:  Responsible for building the capability of diffusion module relevant equipment and managing the team. Build team structure and sustainably grow the competitiveness in equipment technology.
  Technology Insight & Strategic Planning:  Provide technology insight and planning of relevant manufacturing equipment to stay on track with industrial trends. Prepare key equipment technology and build core technology know-how.
  Equipment Improvement & Optimization:  Responsible for equipment upgrades, modifications, or second-source substitution to enhance efficiency, stability, and throughput, and to solve important technology issue...
