Exploration Manager

A well-funded international mining company is seeking an experienced Exploration Manager to lead and execute exploration activities across its silver and gold portfolio in Argentina.

This is a senior technical and leadership role responsible for driving exploration strategy, managing field programmes, and identifying opportunities to grow and advance mineral resources across multiple projects.

• Lead and manage regional exploration programmes from target generation through drilling and resource definition
• Develop and execute exploration strategies aligned with company growth objectives
