 One of our clients specializing in the  recycling and export of raw materials  is looking for an  Export Coordinator , who will be responsible for the administration proper execution of orders in collaboration with other internal and external partners through good ongoing communication.
  Your Responsibilities: 
 Record  orders  from customers, foreign subsidiaries and agents in ERP.
 Follow  contracts through to delivery and payment , and communicate daily with the various parties involved.
 Organize the transport of all orders, taking into account agreed delivery conditions.
 As a key contact for sales staff, maintain  good relations with customers and suppliers , and communicate on the status of contracts.
 Manage  documents and bank remittances  in line with contractual requirements.
