• Process export orders accurately from start to finish in line with internal procedures and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with business managers, customers, and internal teams to keep export activity moving smoothly.
• Support stock allocation and batch selection on a FIFO basis with supply chain colleagues.
• Collect, check, and prepare shipment documents based on destination and customer requirements.
• Monitor shipment progress and follow up on actions needed to meet operational KPIs.
• Share weekly updates on order status, issues, and priorities across the export workflow.
• Maintain accurate records and keep systems and documentation up to date.
