This role oversees export customer service concerns, ensures 100% OTIF delivery of export innovations, and manages export demand planning.Responsibilities
+ Oversee the achievement of Exports Customer Service KPIs (ICDOT).
+ Manage a team of Exports Customer Service Executives responsible for supportability planning and innovations in Export markets.
