Sedgman continues to grow and expand, and we’re excited to introduce a new project within our Queensland portfolio. 

This is a unique opportunity to be part of a start-up team, helping to shape the culture, performance and long-term success of the operation from the ground up.

Based approximately two hours from Mackay in the Bowen Basin, we are looking to appoint several personnel into permanent roles to support this key project, offering long-term stability.

We’re seeking motivated and reliable professionals with a strong work ethic who value safety, teamwork and consistent performance.

Leadership roles (5/2, 4/3 lifestyle roster) include:

• CHPP Manager.
• CHPP Superintendent.
• Maintenance Coordinators (Electrical & Mechanical).

Production roles (7/7 even-time roster, rotating days and nights) include:

• Operator Maintainers (Electrical & Mechanical).
