We are looking for a proactive, customer-focused individual who is comfortable turning their hand to a variety of tasks and representing the company professionally.

You will work closely with contractors and clients, ensuring standards, compliance and contractual requirements are met at all times.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out fabric-related PPM and reactive maintenance works within agreed timescales.
  • Undertake building services maintenance including exterior works, plumbing, mechanical and carpentry tasks.
  • Complete external grounds maintenance duties as required.
  • Control and monitor contractors on behalf of the client, including issuing Permits to Work and ensuring workmanship meets required standards.
  • Ensure all equipment operates to specified performance criteria and surrounding areas meet agreed company standards.
