Fabric Engineer

JLL is actively recruiting for a dedicated and skilled Fabric Engineer to join our on-site team at a major client facility. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive maintenance professional to take ownership of the building's fabric and infrastructure, ensuring the highest standards of safety and operational excellence. We are looking for an individual with strong hands-on skills who is also eager to grow and contribute to a collaborative engineering team.

Purpose:

Provision of all-round Fabric Engineer, maintaining all the building's and infrastructure at a key client site. Must have an understanding & knowledge of all current Building Service Systems and contingency procedures, which comply with Health & Safety & Codes of Practice.
