Job Description
- Dealing with fabric sourcing - sourcing of Fancy, Cotton, Lawn and Silk Fabrics etc.) from suppliers
- Placing of production orders; negotiating prices, deliveries and terms, following the Purchasing Procedures
- Handling quality related issues, fabric to be reprocessed and rejected fabrics
- Fabric costing & inventory management
Qualification
Graduate / Masters
Required Skills
- Problem Solving & Time Management Skills
- Interpersonal & Communication skills.
- Computer/MS Office proficiency. (This may be tested)
Experience
Minimum 2-3 years’ fabric sourcing experience (preferably with reputed Apparel brands)
