Lead the fabrication and packing teams with effective communication and collaboration at our facility. Ensure timely order fulfillment and uphold quality and safety standards every shift.
As a Team Lead at our industrial setting, you'll be responsible for supervising day-to-day fabrication and packing operations. You will ensure all members are present and assigned tasks while promoting a safety-first environment. Utilizing your production experience, you'll conduct quality checks and oversee the complete workflow efficiently.
