Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all fabrication shop activities including structural steel, piping spools, skids and equipment supports.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications approved drawings welding procedures (WPS) and ADNOC standards .
- Develop and implement fabrication schedules aligned with overall project timelines.
- Monitor fabrication progress and productivity; take corrective actions to meet targets.
- Coordinate with engineering procurement QA/QC planning and construction teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Ensure strict implementation of HSE standards and safe working practices within the fabrication yard.
- Oversee material control traceability and storage to prevent shortages or delays.
- Manage subcontractors and shop supervisors to maintain quality and efficiency.
