Job Description
**_POSITION SUMMARY:_**
2nd shift is 5pm - 3:30 am (4-10 hour shifts) - includes a $2 hr. shift differential.
The Fabrication Operator A fabricates steel frames and parts for boat trailers. The position will be cross trained on all equipment including presses, drills, saws, plasma cutters, rail benders, cranes, and various hand tools.
**_ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:_**
+ Follows daily schedules and produces required parts.
+ Reads drawings and schematics to determine correct specifications of trailer parts.
+ Operates machinery including presses, drills, saws, plasma cutters, rail benders, cranes, and various hand tools - Operator will have primary workstations but will be cross trained in as many areas as possible.
+ Lifts and transports trailer rails and parts up to 50 lbs.
+ ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED
**_EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:_**
+ Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or equivalent
