Facade Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Design & Drafting:

  • Prepare detailed shop drawings fabrication drawings and as-built drawings for façade systems including curtain walls aluminium cladding windows doors skylights etc.

  • Create 2D and 3D models using AutoCAD and other design software as required

  • Develop technical drawings based on architectural plans structural drawings and project specifications

• Technical Coordination:

  • Coordinate with the production procurement site and estimation teams to ensure smooth transition from design to execution

  • Review architectural and structural drawings to extract necessary information for façade design

  • Incorporate consultant/client comments and revise designs accordingly
