Overview
The Facilities Admin Assistant will oversee the day-to-day monitoring and implement preventive and corrective maintenance of the facilities' Electrical, Mechanical, Sanitary/Plumbing, UPS, CCTV, Security Access, and Fire Detection and Alarm Systems to ensure safety and maintain the site.
 Responsibilities 
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the daily inspection and monitoring of building facilities, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other systems
Coordinate and follow up on preventive maintenance schedules and corrective repairs
Support vendor coordination, including access, supervision, and work completion validation
Maintain records of maintenance activities, service reports, and facility documentation
Assist in monitoring utility consumption (electricity, water) and report any irregularities
