Assisting with basic vehicle maintenance and travelling between site areas as required
Maintaining accurate records and contributing to risk assessments and safe working procedures
Providing flexible support to the wider facilities team and responding promptly to urgent maintenance needs
Experienced in general maintenance, repairs and site upkeep
Skilled in a specialist trade area such as plumbing, joinery, decorating or similar
Knowledgeable about Health & Safety procedures and COSHH regulations
Practical, organised and able to prioritise tasks effectively
Equally comfortable working independently and as part of a team
