Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle Leasehold Improvement and Renovation projects including layout designing, planning, and cost estimation.
- Oversee Facilities Management activities such as preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Perform maintenance and repair of electrical control, wiring, and lighting systems to ensure all equipment and facilities remain in good working condition.
- Coordinate with suppliers and third-party contractors for facility requirements including repairs, renovations, and replenishment of office consumables.
- Assist in the logistical setup of meeting rooms and event spaces including arrangement of furniture and technical equipment.
- Manage Office Accommodation concerns including space planning and office layouts, interior improvements and office fixtures, building compliance coordination
- Supervise Fleet Management operations including vehicle acquisition, repairs, maintenance, and disposal.
