We are looking for someone who will play a key role in front-of-house activity, administrative support and service coordination.

The position includes shared responsibility for reception cover between 8:30am and 4:45pm and involves close liaison with the Assistant Facilities Manager, clients and colleagues to deliver a consistent and professional service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing front-of-house services, including welcoming visitors and supporting them appropriately
  • Supporting reception desk cover between 8:30am and 4:45pm, shared with colleagues
  • Ensuring security procedures are followed at all times
  • Delivering support services including porterage, meeting room management and managing the FM mailbox
  • Coordinating inductions for new starters, including health & safety and environmental inductions
