About The Role
As a CBRE Facilities Coordinator, you will work with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure that facility tasks and work orders are complete. This role is part of the Facilities Management functional area, focusing on all aspects of the operations of a set of assets and providing support to Property Managers regarding repairs and investment plans.
What You’ll Do
- Work with landlords, tenants, and service providers to ensure implementation of procedures, policies, and reporting formats.
- Acknowledge client inquiries and collect work orders.
- Collect information reports to assess performance and progress status.
- File work orders, proposals, department files, and other paperwork submitted by vendors.
- Monitor activities outside the building, such as waste disposal and recycling.
- Follow instructions, short correspondence and memos; ask clarifying questions.
