**Facilities Engineer**
**Position Summary**
This person is responsible for understanding the infrastructure necessary to maintain the building, equipment, product and personnel, with regard to HVAC, humidity control, fire/sprinklers, power, plumbing, and gas.
They will be responsible for validating, maintaining, troubleshooting and first level repairs of these systems installed.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
- Responsible for the installation of HVAC systems at the facility and their maintenance and use;
- Responsible for HVAC site technical changes and communication with vendors;
- Work site work coordination;
- HVAC System Verification and Validation Program, (DQ, IQ, OQ) for installed and implemented equipment;
- HVAC SOP document writing/training;
