Key Responsibilities:

• Building Systems Support – Assist facilities engineers with preventive maintenance programs for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems.
• Support routine inspections, equipment monitoring, and basic troubleshooting activities under supervision.
• Help maintain accurate maintenance logs and equipment records.
• Project Assistance – Participate in capital improvement projects, tenant improvement coordination, and facility upgrades.
• Assist with project documentation, vendor coordination, and progress tracking.
• Support cost analysis and budget preparation activities.
• Operations Support – Help monitor building automation systems and energy management platforms.
