Responsibilities:
Support Operations Manager in ensuring effective mall operations and maintenance. Prepare budgets, manage maintenance contracts, and oversee expenses. Coordinate Asset Enhancement Initiatives, tenant renovations, and promotional activities. Lead technicians and vendors while addressing feedback and service requests promptly. Serve on the Emergency Response and Environmental Health Safety (EHS) teams for risk assessments and safety audits. Job Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in retail operations Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical) / Real Estate / Facilities / Building / Estate Management) Strong initiative, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Resourceful, systematic problem-solving, and ability to meet tight deadlines. Effective communication skills and flexibility to work beyond standard hours. Open to learning and potential lateral movements between asset classes based on business needs.
