Position Overview

The Facility Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing day‑to‑day technical facility requirements of the lodge, including routine preventative maintenance, non‑routine maintenance, general property caretaking, and responding to facility emergencies. The role requires independent problem‑solving, teamwork with other in‑lodge groups and CMH departments, and effective communication with vendors, contractors, and CMH management.
