Oversee and lead Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) operations across UAE retail stores, ensuring a premium shopping experience through seamless Hard and Soft Service delivery. Focus on maintaining asset value, ensuring 100% compliance with UAE local regulations, and managing regional teams to achieve operational excellence.

• Operational Management: Hard and Soft Services; oversee MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC) maintenance and civil works; ensure critical assets (chillers, DBs, fire-fighting systems, CCTV, access control) undergo timely Planned Preventive Maintenance.
• Soft Services: Manage daily cleaning standards and specialized deep-cleaning schedules; pest control – monitor vendor schedules and ensure compliance with Dubai, NE, and Abu Dhabi Municipality standards.
