Facilities Manager (Makati Site) About the Role Oversee daily building and grounds upkeep, including custodial operations and overall facility cleanliness 
Implement and monitor security, safety, and emergency preparedness procedures 
Manage facilities preventive maintenance (in-house and equipment-related) and coordinate with 3rd‑party vendors 
Address day‑to‑day operational concerns and maintain strong coordination with building administration 
Track operational expenses and collaborate with business units to support facility needs 
About You Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred), with 5–7 years of experience in facility operations, vendor management, and team supervision
