Facilities Manager

The Facilities Manager shall have a multi-disciplinary background and experience in planning, management, technical and contract procurement skills and with a good knowledge of statutory requirements for building management and maintenance. The Facilities Manager shall be the overall charge of the Property and facilities, managing and executing the Contract Qualifications The Facilities Manager should possess a minimum Degree in any discipline from a recognised tertiary establishment with at least 5years' experience in Facilities Management or any related fields. Those without degrees but with minimum 5 years of proven Facilities Management background may be considered by the SO. The Facilities Manager for Foreshore Properties must also be a Green Mark Facilities Manager. Good to possess FSM Certificate.
