About The Role
A Facilities Manager is responsible for the day‑to‑day operations and maintenance of a building or facility, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards, managing budgets and staff, and supporting Property Managers with repairs and investment plans.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee maintenance and repairs of buildings and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Manage budgets and allocate resources.
- Provide formal supervision to employees, track training and development, conduct performance evaluations and coaching, and oversee recruiting and hiring.
- Vendor and stakeholder management for soft services.
- Work on a shifting schedule, including 24/7 operations and holidays.
