Job Responsibilities

  • To support project management activities (including lab fit up project, office retrofit project, etc.) and ensure smooth project execution. Assist in planning, organizing, and coordinating project activities while maintaining clear communication among team members and stakeholders.
  • Maintain project documentation, track project milestones and deliverables, and prepare project status reports and presentations.
  • Lead as Engineering Team Lead on Mechanical, Electrical, and Chemical for KM3 or PG17 and provide guidance to the Facilities Team.
  • Lead the Engineering Project and provide supervision.

Qualifications

  • Min 3 years project coordinator related working experience.
  • Technical skills: Autodesk/CAD, project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project).
  • Interior design or architectural background preferred.
