Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Monitor and operate critical facility systems, including HVAC, chilled water, compressed air, electrical distribution, boilers, gases, vacuum, and fire protection systems. Respond to alarms, faults, and equipment abnormalities in a timely manner. Perform first-level troubleshooting and coordinate escalation to maintenance, engineering, or external vendors when needed. Ensure safe and stable operation of utility systems to support site activities and production needs. Lead, supervise, and develop Shift Operation Engineers across multiple shifts. Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities, including equipment isolation, verification, and return-to-service checks. Follow site safety, environmental, and operational procedures, including permit-to-work and lockout/tagout requirements. Maintain accurate logs, reports, and operational records.
