Oversee end-to-end facility operations, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, security systems, building maintenance, and preventive maintenance programs to ensure operational excellence. Serve as the key liaison between C-suite executives, department heads, and cross-functional teams to align facility strategies with business objectives. Build and manage strategic partnerships with contractors, vendors, and service providers to drive service quality, cost optimization, and compliance with safety, building, and environmental regulations. Develop and execute long-term facility master plans, oversee budget planning, and identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
