Overview: We are seeking an experienced Facilities & Security Manager to join our team, overseeing security management and integrated facilities operations.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage daily facilities operations, including cleaning services, security management, and reception/front desk support. Oversee, coordinate, and supervise outsourced service providers to ensure compliance with service standards. Implement and monitor quality control measures to maintain high levels of cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency. Collaborate with internal departments to support smooth year-end operations. Ensure adherence to relevant safety regulations, policies, and procedures.
Qualifications: Background in Facilities Management (FM) or Integrated Facilities Management (IFM), with a strong focus on operational and security management.
