Job Description KNOWLEDGE You will have a sound education with preferably O’ Levels in English and Maths. Experience in a janitorial or facility services environment, together with The British Institute of Cleaning Science stage 1 and stage 2 certificates and the certificate for BICSc assessors is desirable although training will be provided. Job holders should have experience in delegating duties and to undertake a range of tasks including basic maintenance along with the ability to communicate effectively in training staff and to liaise with customers.
