• Hires external services for plant maintenance.
• Supervises the work of contractors who come to work within the facilities.

• When required, changes the structure or decoration of certain plant facilities.
• In coordination with the purchasing department, quotes and selects from among several suppliers various supplies that are required for building maintenance.
