Job Description

1.Implement and maintain site-specific facility operations standards and processes set by facilities managers

2. Coordinate and monitor the execution of building and house services, interior and exterior maintenance and security; take corrective action or escalate to facility manager as necessary

3. Participate in facilities management problem-resolution and decision-making by gathering information on behalf of facility manager from internal (e.g., end user computing, information systems) and external (e.g., vendors, International Facilities Management Association [IFMA]) sources; perform initial assessment of information and present options to manager

4. Monitor outside vendor/contractor compliance with contractual agreements; communicate non-compliance or other unresolved problems to facilities manager
