About the Team
TE Connectivity's Facilities Team conducts facilities and property administration, office planning, corporate leasing and real estate coordination.
They work closely and provide advice and counsel to company and/or vendor representatives coordinating major facility constructions or modifications or leasing and real estate activities.
Qualifications
3 to 5 years of experience as a Facilities Technician.
Knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electronic control systems, plumbing, HVAC, fire protection systems, air compressors.
Ability to interpret plans and technical manuals.
Skills in diagnosing and resolving technical problems.
Availability to work rotating shifts.
Proactive attitude and results focus.
Knowledge of safety and health and environmental regulations.
