In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Operate and continuously monitor facility systems, including heating, ventilation, air conditioning, plumbing, electrical, and fire/life safety systems during assigned shifts.Provide day-to-day operational support in response to service requests from facility users.Ensure all systems operate safely, efficiently, and within defined operating limits.Perform scheduled preventive maintenance activities in accordance with established maintenance plans.Conduct routine inspections, cleaning, lubrication, and basic system adjustments.Identify and report abnormal operating conditions, recommending corrective actions when needed.Accurately update preventive maintenance records, checklists, and work orders in logbooks or computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).Respond promptly to equipment faults, alarms, and service complaints.Troubleshoot mechanical, electric...
