JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Monitor the performance of contractors and vendors delivering services on-site.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance to prevent major issues and extend equipment lifespan.
- Identify and address health and safety hazards; ensure safe use of facilities and equipment.
- Follow safety protocols and scheduled maintenance routines.
