- Conduct regular maintenance and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems.
- Respond to facility-related issues and emergencies promptly.
- Utilize hand power tools and equipment safely and effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work.
- Assist in the setup and teardown of facilities for various events.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Vocational or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Facilities Management, Engineering, or Related Discipline)
- Experience Level: 0–2 years of experience in facilities maintenance or a related field
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in HVAC, plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems
- Skills and Competencies: Ability to operate hand power tools
- Qualities and Traits: Adaptable and proactive in problem-solving
