Facilities Technician (Permanent/Full-Time)

CoreFactor is searching for a Facilities Technician on a permanent/full-time basis for a client in Albany, NY. This position requires the successful incumbent to be on-site five (5) days per week. THE OPPORTUNITY We are hiring a hands-on Facilities Technician to keep our 503B sterile manufacturing facility running every day. This is a wrench-in-hand, boots-on-the-floor role - you will perform preventive maintenance, respond to work orders, troubleshoot and repair building and utility systems, support contractors during qualification activities, and keep the plant clean, safe, and inspection-ready. You will report to the Facilities Manager and work closely with Production, Quality, and outside service providers.
