- Oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the building including electrical and mechanical facilities and all other matters related to the maintenance management of the building, ensuring the building’s systems operate effectively.
- Manage all matters related to the maintenance management of the building to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Recommend and implement preventive maintenance or repairs to minimise emergency breakdown of services.
- Identify potential areas of improvement to enhance overall maintenance strategies.
