Facilities Technician – JLL

As a Facilities Technician, you will support the day‑to‑day management of Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) operations and preventive maintenance within a client’s corporate office environment. Working closely with the Engineering team, you will help ensure building systems operate safely, efficiently, and reliably, while delivering a consistently high level of customer service. This role plays a key part in maintaining operational excellence, responding to incidents, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the site.

What your day‑to‑day will look like
  • Support daily M&E operations across critical building systems, including ACMV, UPS, BMS, CRAC, switchgear, fire protection, access control, and alarm systems
  • Conduct routine inspections, system data logging, equipment checks, and meter readings
