Lead and supervise Building Management and MCST teams to ensure smooth operations and zero service disruptions. Conduct regular inspections to identify building defects and implement cost-efficient corrective actions. Manage annual OPEX and CAPEX budgets, ensuring expenditure control and value for money. Oversee vendor and contractor performance, including tender preparation, evaluation, and contract renewals. Review and supervise tenant fit-out, A&A, and AEI works to ensure compliance with statutory and design requirements. Ensure workplace safety, regulatory compliance, and timely execution of maintenance and marketing events The Talent Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering or equivalent. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in facilities management, preferably in real estate industry. Fresh Graduates are also welcome to apply. Candidates with industry relevant certifications such as FSM, GMA, GMAP, GMAAP, Water Efficiency Manager will have an added advantage. Fam...
