Job Title: Facility Maintenance Mechanic
Location: Cranbury, NJ
Hours / Schedule: Monday–Friday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM), some flexibility for early / late shifts and occasional weekends as needed
Type: Contract To Hire
Compensation: $34.50 per hour pending overall experience
Position Summary
The Facility Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for performing hands-on maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of equipment, utilities, and facility systems in a regulated manufacturing environment. This position supports production and engineering operations by ensuring systems operate safely, efficiently, and in compliance with cGMP, FDA, and OSHA requirements.

+ High School Diploma or equivalent required
+ Technical trade certification or Associate’s degree in mechanical, electrical, or related field preferred
+ Minimum 5 years of hands-on maintenance experience in a regulated FDA manufacturing environment (pharma preferred)
