Responsibilities:
Organize office procedures and implement administrative systems to support smooth operations and employee performance.
Plan and organize company events, including conferences, team-building activities, and social events, in adherence to regional policies.
Supervise external teams of staff, including cleaning, maintenance, and security personnel.
Coordinate transportation and accommodations during team events.
Manage databases and maintain accurate records.
Act as the point of contact for external vendors regarding facility-related matters.
Order and manage stationery and IT equipment.
Handle correspondence, complaints, and queries efficiently and professionally.
Prepare documents, presentations, and reports related to facility management.
Manage and coordinate the company's car fleet.
