Why this role matters

The Facility Management Team Lead is responsible for overseeing the operational readiness, safety, and performance of all MAITE production and laboratory environments . This includes ownership of cleanroom operations, ESD compliance, infrastructure maintenance, lab support, and overall facility safety and functionality.
