Job Description
What you will enjoy doing You will coordinate daily facility services including cleaning, catering, office supplies, transportation and landscaping across headquarters and other company sites You will manage external service providers (cleaning, catering, transportation, landscaping, maintenance, technical services) and monitor service quality and compliance with SLAs Oversee maintenance of indoor and outdoor areas including buildings, garden, trees, green spaces, and infrastructure systems Handle maintenance requests ( repairs) through vendors and ensure timely resolution of technical issues Plan and follow up preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities for building systems (mechanical, electrical, HVAC, fire safety, utilities, etc.) Track and control facility-related operational and investment expenses (OPEX & CAPEX), support budgeting and cost optimization initiatives Ensure office and facility environments (indoo...
