0.5 FTE role fixed term to December 2026 providing high-quality admin support for teaching programmes & postgraduate processes.
This role is based in our Agribusiness and Commerce Faculty team, supporting academic staff and postgraduate programmes to run smoothly and efficiently. You’ll play a key part in delivering high-quality administrative services, maintaining online learning resources, and enhancing the postgraduate student experience.
Some tasks of the role include:
- Coordinating postgraduate applications, records, and reporting
- Supporting Moodle content and online learning resources
- Organising postgraduate meetings, timetables, and room bookings
- Managing travel bookings and administrative logistics
- Producing professional documents and maintaining Faculty webpages
- Providing responsive front-line administration and customer support
