Responsible in rendering product analysis support and technical services to production’s maverick lots, reliability monitoring, evaluations, qualifications and customer returns. The position reports to the FA Laboratory Group Leader / Manager.
Performs failure analysis on customer returns, production's maverick lots or non-conforming products until failure mechanism determination. Provide technical support/services to both internal and external customers; like X-ray, SAT, SEM/EDX, macro and micro inspection, and micro-sectioning, as well as other tools deemed necessary for analysis. Performs 1st level electrical test characterization; like current-voltage (I-V) curve test revealing continuity / resistance / leakage parameters and basic electrical bench testing.
