Job Description
Responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies for fall protection products and services, ensuring cost efficiency, quality, and supplier performance. Works closely with cross-functional teams to support operational and safety requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies for fall protection equipment and services.
- Identify, evaluate, and manage suppliers to ensure quality, cost, and delivery targets.
- Lead negotiations, contracts, and cost‑saving initiatives.
- Monitor supplier performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with engineering, EHS, and operations teams to meet safety and compliance standards.
- Support new product introductions and supplier transitions.
